This is one of those breakfasts I make when I want something that feels indulgent and grown-up — creamy, bright, quietly luxurious — but still does exactly what I need it to do metabolically.

It’s not sweet in a loud way. It’s not dessert pretending to be breakfast. It’s soft, tangy, lightly lemony, and deeply satisfying in that I’m good for hours kind of way.

Ricotta gives it that almost cheesecake-like texture. Greek yogurt adds tang and extra protein. The blueberry chia swirl brings just enough sweetness and fiber to keep blood sugar happy — and honestly, it makes the whole bowl feel intentional and special.
