I’m Lolita Carrico — a certified nutritionist, cookbook author, and wellness creator.
After losing over 90 pounds and completely changing my relationship with food and health, I realized something important: what works after 40 isn’t about doing more — it’s about doing the right things consistently.
That realization became The Thrive Method — a framework built around nourishment, simplicity, and habits that actually fit real life.
