Sounds yummy. As a celiac, I note that you can make it gluten-free by using tamari (100% soy) instead of soy sauce (20-60% wheat). Bonus: tamari has a richer, smoother taste and all your friends with gluten issues will appreciate it.

Yes! I also love to use coconut aminos as a soy substitute.

yes! 400°F For about 20 to 22 minutes
