Whipped Feta & Roasted Tomato Protein Dip

Creamy whipped feta blended smooth with cottage cheese for a protein boost, spread across a plate or shallow bowl. Sweet, jammy roasted tomatoes spooned over the top while they’re still warm. A drizzle of good olive oil, fresh herbs, a pinch of chili flakes. The kind of thing that disappears before anything else on the table.

It also works as a Tuesday afternoon snack straight from the fridge with some cucumber and crackers, but it definitely has a moment when it’s plated properly.

Why This Works

Most dips are essentially flavored fat with something to scoop it up, which is why they’re easy to keep picking at without ever actually feeling satisfied. This one is built differently.

Feta and cottage cheese together bring 18 to 22 grams of protein per serving and create a creamy, tangy base that has more depth than either one alone. The roasted tomatoes add natural sweetness and a jammy texture that contrasts beautifully with the cool, creamy feta underneath. Olive oil brings healthy fat that rounds everything out. And the combination of creamy, jammy, and optional crunchy on top is what makes this feel like an actual thing rather than just a bowl of dip.
