The Thrive Method is a modern approach to wellness for women over 40 who want to eat well, feel strong, and look their best, without extremes, guilt, or starting over every Monday.
This isn’t about chasing trends or “fixing” anything that isn’t broken.
It’s about building a framework that actually fits our lives right now.
How This Started
In my late 40s, I lost over 90 pounds. No calorie counting. No tracking apps. No meal replacement shakes or two-hour gym sessions.
What worked was simpler than anything I’d tried in the decades before: I learned how to eat in a way that supported my body instead of fighting it. Protein first. Fiber at every meal. Blood sugar steady. Muscles protected. Gut health prioritized. And small habits stacked on top of each other until they stopped feeling like effort and started feeling like life.
That approach became The Thrive Method™, and it’s what tens of thousands of women across our community now use every single week.
I’m a certified nutritionist and cookbook author, and our work has been featured in ABC News, Business Insider, Women’s World, and Redbook. But the thing that matters most isn’t a credential or a headline. It’s that this framework came from lived experience, and it keeps working because it’s built for real women with real schedules, real appetites, and real lives.
